New Video: Ume – “Captive”

After releasing their sophomore album, Phantoms, in August, Ume has now released a video for the album’s single, “Captive.” The video premiered on mtvU yesterday.

The Austin trio played at the first Kanrocksas this summer. We had a preview post before the concert and Ume didn’t disappoint when they took the stage. They played early on the first day of the festival and brought the energy that we were expecting. Lauren Larson was a fiery guitarist, as advertised.

The band is set to return to Kansas City on October 26th. They will be playing at Record Bar.
